Heather Kashmer is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings clinical experience, compassion, and a genuine love for caring for others to Divine IV & Wellness. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard,
supported, and involved in their care.
Heather earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice–Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Arizona State University. Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she gained experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients. She spent four years at Phoenix Children’s Hospital working on a unit specializing in neurological conditions and renal transplant care. She cared for children with complex and chronic medical needs, including patients preparing for or recovering from kidney and liver transplantation. Heather also spent one year caring for adult patients in the Outpatient Observation Unit at Banner Desert Medical Center.
These experiences strengthened Heather’s commitment to attentive, individualized care and taught her the importance of looking beyond a diagnosis to understand each patient’s symptoms, concerns, lifestyle, and personal health goals. For the past eight months, Heather has trained closely with Amy in Divine IV & Wellness’s approach to thyroid regulation, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight management. Heather and Amy work collaboratively to provide patients with thoughtful, individualized treatment plans and continued support throughout their wellness journeys. In addition to providing thyroid, hormone replacement, and weight-loss care, Heather will offer primary care services at Divine IV & Wellness. She is passionate about preventive health, patient education, and helping patients feel more comfortable and confident in taking an active role in their health.
Outside of work, Heather is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Michael. Together, they share their home with six energetic and lovable dogs, whom they proudly consider their furry children. Heather also enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and getting lost in a good book.
Heather’s goal at Divine IV & Wellness is simple: to help every patient feel cared for, comfortable, heard, and confident in their health and wellness journey.
