Laser skin resurfacing prices vary depending on the treatment type you choose. During your consultation, our nurse practitioner, Amy, will understand your skin issues and goals before reviewing the types of available laser resurfacing treatments. After this, she can help you decide on your treatment and talk to you about pricing. Divine IV and Wellness regularly runs skin treatment specials and discounted packages, so ask about current specials during your appointment.
How can I help my skin recover after a resurfacing treatment?
Amy or a member of her team will explain ways to help your skin heal after a laser session. The number one rule is don't peel or pick flaking skin. This could cause lasting damage, including scars. You need to forgo all methods for hair removal on the treated skin, which means no waxing, shaving, or hair removal creams. We will recommend a cream to help soothe treated areas.
How often should I get laser resurfacing treatments?
Depending on the resurfacing type you and Amy select for your procedure, we may advise you to wait weeks or even a few months between treatments. More intense laser treatments will give you longer-lasting results but require more time for recovery. You should talk to Amy about how frequently you would like to return for treatments so she can consider this when choosing a type of resurfacing during your initial consultation.

I honestly do not know where I'd be if I hadn't found Amy. For over 10yrs I begged doctors to help me find out why I was always in pain. They would just look at me and tell me to lose weight. If you are a woman of a certain age and have dealt with your regular ob/gyn or someone who has prescribed you testosterone creams or those weird troche things and had no effect, DO NOT give up. Go see Amy! Have concerns and hesitancies about testosterone pellets? GET OVER IT! That’s where I was and Amy convinced me to give it a try. Only thing that’s made a difference. She’s funny. She’s kind. She’s irreverent. She gets it. Do not wait, call her immediately.
